Our client, a fast growing company within Medical product industry is seeking for a dynamic Marketing cum Office Administrator in Singapore.
You will be responsible in:
- Managing all general office matters which includes office administration and contracts management with servicing vendors
- Supporting APAC Marketing team dealing with marketing administration, coordination, event activities and management
- Preparing, tracking and supporting APAC Marketing budget and expenses reporting
- Maintaining office facilities management which includes Health, Safety and Environment reporting and policies
Fresh local graduate with diploma are welcome to apply.
To be successful, you should have a Diploma / Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomaor Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or other related disciplines. You should come with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
