Job Description

EMMA CONTRACT PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator cum Accounting Assistant to join our team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into our system, as well as checking and verifying staff claims. Additional responsibilities include preparing payments via various modes when necessary, maintaining daily cash/bank books, and answering phone calls from customers/suppliers. The ideal candidate will also handle partial sets of accounts and provide support in month-end closing, while attending to administrative duties and providing assistance as assigned by the Director or Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into system
• Check and verify staff claims
• Prepare payment via various modes if need
• Maintain daily cash/bank book
• Answering phone calls from customers/suppliers
• Handling in partial sets of accounts and assist in month-end closing
• Attend and provide support in administrative duties for office
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director or Manager

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have experience in accounting systems, data entry, and bank reconciliation. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential. You must be able to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

What We Offer
