Roles & Responsibilities

  • General administrative work, including data entry, filing.
  • Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters, mail, and sorting out mailers, bills, etc.
  • Admin cum Accounts Assistant is responsible for maintaining the financial records and providing administration support for the smooth flow of the company.
  • Able to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties whenever assigned.
  • Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
  • Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.
  • Managing incoming shipment

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Min 1-2years of relevant working experience
  • Educational qualification in Accounting or relevant
  • Fresh accounting graduates welcome to apply. Work experience or internship in accounts field will be an added advantage
