Roles & Responsibilities

Job Requirement

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Required Skill(s): Good PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office

· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

· Knowledge of MYOB and QuickBooks accounting software

· Be Independent, meticulous and able to work under pressure

· Possess a willing to learn and proactive attitude

· Bilingual


Responsibilities:

· Handle full sets of accounts for clients

· Assist in timely and accurate monthly closing

· Preparation of payments

· Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system

· Support operations and general day-to-day administrative duties (including payroll, CPF, EP admin, Tax admin etc)

· Assist in Secretarial work (Incorporation of Company, AGM, AR & etc)

· Provide secretarial support to Managing Director

· Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

· Able to work independently and as a team
