- Handle full set accounts.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of accounts payable functions and expenses analysis
- Maintain fixed assets schedules (additions, disposals, and depreciation), and monthly balance sheet schedules
- Managing payment processing matters & GST
- Perform monthly reconciliation against vendors’ statement of accounts
- Effective management of month-end process and ensure all accruals and prepayment schedules are updated timely
- Maintain inter-co transactions and monitor reconciliations
- Prepare audit schedules
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis / projects
- Familiar with Xero accounting software
- Assist in administrative work
- Other related Admin task
