Job Highlight:

  • Position: Accounts / Admin Assistant
  • Location: Orchard
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Job Function:

Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring a smooth workflow. Maintain attention to detail with numerical data and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations in financial reporting.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support accounts department in daily administrative work(s) and documentation
  • Basic book keeping preparation
  • Performing data entry and managing general ledger postings
  • Aid in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes for accurate financial reporting
  • Assist accounts department during internal and external audits
  • Liaising with internal/external stakeholder(s) as and when needed
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification
  • 1 year of working experience preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to start work immediately or on a short notice will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot and Vlook-up will be added advantage
