About Us: Velora is an international fertilizer trading company focuses on serving the fertilizer supply chain needs of the South East Asia region. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Sales Support cum Shipping Coordinator.

Position Overview: The Sales Support cum Shipping Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and efficient shipping processes. This multifaceted role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication skills, shipping knowledge to support our sales team while managing shipping and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Shipping Coordination:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing contracts, Shipping documents, and processing orders etc.
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm order details, address issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and assist in managing customer databases.
  • Oversee the shipping process, including scheduling, tracking, and coordinating with supplier/buyer/carriers.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, resolving any shipping-related issues promptly.
  • Have experienced in L/C (Letter of Credit) transactions.
  • Can speak Mandarin as need to communicate with China counterparties.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
  • Guidance will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or shipping coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
