Administrative Support

As an Administrative Support Associate at LO HONG KA HEALTH CARE PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for assisting the Account Department with various tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Your duties will also include preparing invoices, expense reports, and financial documents, as well as coordinating with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing inquiries.

Warehouse Management

You will also be responsible for coordinating shipments and deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and tracking stock levels. Additionally, you will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.

General Administrative Duties

Your responsibilities will also include managing office supplies and equipment, handling incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, and scheduling meetings and appointments. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations as needed.
