Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our General Affairs Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and company car use.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and expatriate staff for housing matters and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies and factory inventory.
  • Monitor contracts and prepare quotes.
  • Provide local logistics and organization support.
  • Manage security aspects and correspondences.
  • Prepare written and verbal reports.
  • Support special projects and events.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Japanese language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude.
