
Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with our business objectives and market trends.
- Design and manage performance-based compensation programs that drive high performance and align employee objectives with business goals.
- Manage and continuously improve employee benefits programs, ensuring support employee wellbeing and organizational value.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work with Finance to prepare and manage C&B budgets, including forecasting of salary and benefits expenditures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with our business objectives and market trends.

- Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of C&B programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring alignment with our company's overall strategy and goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, laws, and regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking initiatives to remain competitive.
- Evaluate and develop proposals to meet changing business needs.
- Implement changes to compensation and benefits programs as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
