Compensation and Benefits Strategist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Strategist to lead and oversee our compensation and benefits operations.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of HR professionals in the compensation and benefits department, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • C&B Policy Development: Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies, including salary structures, benefits administration, and incentive programs, that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages and make informed decisions about C&B strategies.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, such as insurance, leave, and welfare initiatives, ensuring that they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Excel skills for payroll calculations, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaboration with finance and other departments on payroll reconciliation and budgeting.
