- Assist in the development of strategies, policies and guidelines for the roll-out of the compensation and benefits initiatives in across the region
- Administer and coordinate the compensation and benefits initiatives from end to end
- Assist in monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of the initiatives and its related communication efforts by analysing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions
- Support in data and analytics to conduct analysis to generate meaningful insights for recommendations
- Support in salary benchmarking and proposal, compensation analysis, annual increment and bonus, long term and short term incentives, job grading, etc
- Work closely with HRBPs and multiple stakeholders to identify and improve compensation and benefits processes
- Research industry best practices and synthesise data to assess feasibility of proposed compensation and benefits projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree with min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies and people initiatives are a plus
- Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical with strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
