Compensation & Benefits Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit increment and performance bonus calculations.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide data-driven insights for enhancing compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Participate in key projects, driving operational excellence and delivering timely results.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with 4–6 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related HR function.
  • Familiarity with rewards methodologies such as job evaluation and salary benchmarking is advantageous.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to handle data and produce actionable recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and adopts a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
