Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This is a critical position that requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering and processing payroll-related activities in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. You will also assist in preparing bonuses and other compensation packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and process payroll-related activities in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in preparation of bonus packages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee compensation and benefits.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 6pm, Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
