Job Title: Global Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Global Compensation Strategist to lead global compensation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Reviews: Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Audits: Analyze data to drive strategic decision-making and system enhancements.
  • System Enhancements: Design, develop, and implement new systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years' experience in compensation, human resources, finance, or data analytics.
  • Skillset: Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel (PivotTables, lookups, modeling), and data analysis tools.

The successful Global Compensation Strategist will have excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a passion for driving business growth through strategic compensation initiatives.
