Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Incentives Strategist to help us drive business results through effective compensation and rewards strategies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients within our reward products business, with a primary focus on salary surveys and incentive design.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts and/or assigned industries.
  • Work closely with other analysts to retain clients subscribed to our products/surveys and expand client accounts for survey and data subscriptions within the industry.
  • Mentor analysts in addressing data inquiries for client accounts and provide service for our products.
  • Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits data, identify compensation trends, benchmark job evaluations, design salary structures, and engage in advanced rewards, performance management, bonus design analysis, and consulting projects.
  • Provide strong support in delivering custom survey/project assignments across all domains of total rewards working closely with project managers. Grow in the role to become a project manager for such consulting projects.
  • Create presentations and reports on analytical insights and industry trends.
  • Embrace a client-centric mindset by proactively identifying and addressing client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of prior experience in compensation rewards consulting preferred.
  • Domain knowledge in Total Rewards across salary structure, grade levelling, job evaluation applications, incentive pay design, etc.
  • Willingness to solve real client problems and create impact.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships with various teams/stakeholders.
