  • This is a leadership role that oversees the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) function, responsible for developing and implementing salary structures, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
  • The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements, with the ability to conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • They will administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and welfare initiatives, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, IRAS tax reporting, and other statutory requirements.
  • This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced Excel skills for payroll calculations, data analysis, and reporting.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and Payroll, and proven leadership experience in managing payroll and C&B functions.
  • The role also involves working closely with finance and other departments on payroll reconciliation and budgeting, as well as driving process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in payroll and C&B operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Expert proficiency in Excel
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
