
Lead Specialist, Compensation

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Lead to join our dynamic People team based in Singapore
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Compensation Management**:
- Develop and implement competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation practices remain competitive in the industry.
- Collaborate with leadership to design incentive and bonus programs that drive performance and employee engagement.
**Benefits Administration**:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness, across all markets, including Singapore, Australia, United States and Malaysia.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements or changes to existing benefit offerings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and effectively communicate benefit programs to employees.
**Job Evaluation and Classification**:
- Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate job classifications and salary ranges.
- Participate in salary surveys to benchmark positions against industry standards.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to establish competitive and internally equitable salary offers.
**Policy Development**:
- Develop, update, and communicate compensation and benefits policies to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Provide guidance to HR and management on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments, promotions, and retention strategies.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Utilize HRIS and other tools to gather and analyze compensation and benefits data.
- Generate reports and present insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
**Compliance and Legal Considerations**:
- Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensure all practices adhere to legal requirements and industry standards.
**Key requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
- 6 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits roles.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
