This role is for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description:

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing compensation data, identifying trends and benchmarking job evaluations. You will also deliver compensation data analysis and reporting, offering actionable insights on trends and program performance. Additionally, you will perform comprehensive pay equity analyses to identify and resolve disparities, promoting fairness and alignment of compensation philosophy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct analysis on compensation data, identify compensation trends and benchmark job evaluations.
  2. Deliver compensation data analysis and reporting, offering actionable insights on trends and program performance.
  3. Perform comprehensive pay equity analyses to identify and resolve disparities, promoting fairness and alignment of compensation philosophy.
  4. Execute evaluations and role classification reviews to assess job complexity and determine appropriate compensation levels.
  5. Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
  6. Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
  7. Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and research skills for evaluating compensation trends and making recommendations.
  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in data and reports.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, particularly Excel, for managing and interpreting compensation data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting findings and collaborating with various departments.
  • Knowledge of HR Practices: Understanding of human resource laws, local regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and equity in compensation.
