Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Total Rewards Strategist to spearhead our remuneration structure and compensation processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Process Optimization: Oversee the coordination of Total Rewards processes, including salary planning and bonus planning.
    • Policy Development: Collaborate with the Total Rewards Lead to design and develop Total Rewards policies, such as job evaluation, salary structure, and flexible work arrangements.
    • Remuneration Scheme Analysis: Analyze various components of the remuneration scheme and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
    • Data Management: Work closely with external compensation consulting companies to maintain data submission.
    • Team Collaboration: Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as a team member.
    • Insurance Administration: Manage insurance matters, including new hires and dependents enrollment, and liaise with brokers on related matters.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in rewards management.
  • Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of remuneration schemes and compensation processes.
