
Strategic Compensation Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Total Rewards Strategist to spearhead our remuneration structure and compensation processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Oversee the coordination of Total Rewards processes, including salary planning and bonus planning.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the Total Rewards Lead to design and develop Total Rewards policies, such as job evaluation, salary structure, and flexible work arrangements.
- Remuneration Scheme Analysis: Analyze various components of the remuneration scheme and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Data Management: Work closely with external compensation consulting companies to maintain data submission.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as a team member.
- Insurance Administration: Manage insurance matters, including new hires and dependents enrollment, and liaise with brokers on related matters.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in rewards management.
- Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of remuneration schemes and compensation processes.
