
Strategic Compensation Specialist

This role is a critical position within the Total Rewards Team, responsible for implementing and administering compensation frameworks that support the organization's Compensation Philosophy.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR team and business leaders on all compensation-related matters, serving as a trusted strategic partner on compensation and benefits programs from strategy through implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will lead the implementation and administration of job architecture and compensation structures within the region. This includes collaborating on the design and review of global total rewards programs, analyzing market dynamics and trends to understand implications on current practices, and presenting comprehensive analyses and recommendations on compensation program design, adjustments, and new initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement job architecture and compensation structures aligned with the organization's Compensation Philosophy.
- Collaborate with the HR team and business leaders on compensation-related matters, including global total rewards programs and market trend analysis.
- Design and review of compensation structures and benefit plans to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Analyze market data and trends to inform compensation program design and adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles with increasing levels of responsibilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Compensation and Workday Advanced Compensation modules, including configuration, testing, and annual cycle management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on people data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and diverse cultures in a matrix organization.
