
Compensation and Talent Specialist

The Compensation and Talent Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the entire talent lifecycle from attraction to onboarding. This specialist is responsible for crafting strategic compensation plans that drive employee engagement and retention, while also ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives and ensure fair pay practices.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, guaranteeing timely and accurate salary payments, CPF submissions, and statutory payments.
- Collaborate with finance teams to prepare and review payroll-related reports, verify/approve IR21 for foreign resignees and annual IR8A.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on payroll procedures and benefits management.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration/HR operations.
- Proficient in HRM payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of payroll principles, taxation, and employment laws in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
