Compensation and benefits specialists play a crucial role in shaping an organization's employee value proposition.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled compensation and benefits specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and administering various compensation and benefits programs. They will be responsible for ensuring that these programs are aligned with business objectives and talent strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR and business leaders to create and revise job descriptions, conduct market analysis, and develop compensation recommendations. They will also provide oversight for payroll and benefits administration, serve as the primary contact for C&B-related inquiries, and lead cyclical compensation reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 3 years in a global or regional role.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compensation practices, regulations, and market trends.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and compensation tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives and employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects, managing change, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
