Job Opportunity:

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the HR team, with a primary focus on compensation administration, as well as broader HR functions and operational tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is keen to grow in a multi-functional HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll, employee claims, and statutory submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records related to salary, benefits, and leave for all employees.
  • Support annual salary review processes, bonuses, and performance appraisals.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, medical).
  • Prepare analytics reports related to compensation, headcount, and turnover.
HR Support Services:
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training logistics, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
Operational Support:
  • Assist in procurement processes, sourcing, quotations, and vendor coordination.
  • Support IT asset management, troubleshooting, and liaison with vendors.
  • Help manage office facilities, maintenance schedules, inventory control, and supplies.
  • Provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations.
