The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's objectives.

This involves analyzing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting overall HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitiveness
  • Analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications, and make recommendations for salary offers
  • Support performance appraisal exercise, and administer reward distribution
  • Participate in designing rewards strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Implement and administer employee benefits schemes, such as medical and insurance benefits
  • Plan and organize employee wellness and engagement activities
  • Identify and implement process improvements in compensation and benefits function
  • Conduct periodic compensation audits
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends, cost, and other related metrics
  • Partner and liaise with internal HR teams and external vendors on benefits-related matters
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements in all C&B matters
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions, with regional exposure an added advantage
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. IHRP certification will be an advantage
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge in advanced functions for data management, reporting, and analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data and identify trends
  • High attention to detail, with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements
