Accounts and Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Process staff claims, oversee entertainment expenses, and manage data entry
- Manage Accounts Receivable, update records, and process cheques
- Follow up on outstanding accounts, collaborate with sales teams for timely payments
- Create spreadsheets for supplier fees, fuel, and other business expenses
- Prepare stock inventory reports and maintain accurate records
- Enter financial data into SAP
- Review and reconcile quarterly GST reports
- Assist with end-of-month account closures
- Participate in annual audits
- Answer phone calls and provide customer service
- File documents and manage office supplies
- Plan travel arrangements
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and accounts
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
