We are looking for a reliable office administrative executive. They will undertake day-to-day construction-related administrative and account-related tasks, ensuring the employee has adequate support for all work activities.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Coordinating office administrative & account activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Ensure construction-related administrative activities, such as BCA registration, Application Submission.
- Supervising administrative staff and diving responsibilities to ensure performance
- Keep stock of office supplies, and accounts, issue PO & DO, and order material when necessary
- Ensure handles CRM software such as ZOHO and Other ERP software.
- Manage agendas/worker travel arrangements/all appointments etc
- Visit the construction site for administrative requirements
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors for an account and administrative-related activities
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and office management software (ERP & ZOHO etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma, BSc/Ba in office administration or relevant fields is preferred
- Willing to visit the construction site and liaise with contractors
