
Administrative and Accounts Assistant

The Accounts and Administrative Assistant will report to Principal and she will be responsible for assigned administrative and accounts jobs related to the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Perform general administrative and accounts duties to support the school operations
- Issue invoices and receipts as required and handle Petty Cash and payments
- Compile all the financial information to prepare for weekly/monthly report to Accounts in charge
- Assist with procurement
- Meet and greet parents / students / visitors and assist in sending and receiving children during pick up and drop off hours and with safe entry measures
- Assist in picking up and answer any phone call on general enquiries; provide appropriate information relating to the school, school fees and programs
- Support inventory management of school resources including but not limited to teaching resources, stationery, kitchen supplies, stationery, uniforms and others school resources
- Assist in the management of student information
- Assist in any special events of the school
- Any other job related duties
**Qualifications**:
- Possess 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels with at least a credit in English Language and a Second Language or relevant ITE qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative skills with some accounts experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work with children respectfully
