**Job Description
1. Basic understanding on BS, P&L, GL, AR, and Payroll

2. Assist in processing of invoices, prepare cheque payments and billing

3. Assist in staff claim verification and petty cash reimbursement

4. Assist in performing monthly bank reconciliation

5. Proper maintain all account documents

6. Assist in preparing GST return / CPF

7. Entering data of receipts, payment and invoices to accounting software

8. Provide administrative support

9.Assist in other duties assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent;
2. At least 1 years working experience in related area;
3. Excel/accounting software knowledge;
