**Job Description**:
Administrative
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance & HR Department;
- Provide administrative suport to Project Team eg assist in printing of documents and lamination of project required signages;
- Answering of phone calls;
- Retrieve daily mails and conduct sorting and distribute to different personnels;
- Administration/Tracking of office assets eg uniforms, safety shoes etc,
- Other administrative tasks.
Accounts
- Perform AP functions from matching of DOs to invoices up to issuing payments;
- Able to operate MYOB accounting software;
- Assist to process monthly staff claims,
- Assist to prepare monthly cashflow estimation.
**Requirements**:
- Min "O" Level
- Experience in General Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn
- Team Player and able to work independently
