Singapore ACCOUNTS INC INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Full time

Provide day-to-day office administrative support functions such as:

- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings for clients/ team members
- Prepare necessary material, including agendas, presentations and reports
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for executives and other team members
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical for easy retrieval of information
- Maintain databases, update records, generate reports as required
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
- Demonstrate flexibility and willing ness to take on additional responsibilities.

**Qualification and skills**
- Minimum experience required
- Minimum GCE 'O' or 'A' Level qualifications, Diploma or relevant skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dext), accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and other relevant tools
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Professional demeanour and excellent client service skills
