
Accounts & Admin Assistant

Provide accounting support functions such as:
- Maintenance of cash book records and the reconciliation of bank accounts
- Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Recording and reconciliation of supplier invoices and payments on accounting software
- Assisting in ensuring all receipts and payments are correctly recorded
- Cashflow forecasting
- Preparation of accruals and prepayments for month end
- Fixed Asset register maintenance
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Preparation of GST returns
- Preparation of audit schedules and reports
- Any ad-hoc assignments
**Job Requirements**
- Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel)
- Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Fresh Graduate
- Knowledge of online accounting software such as Xero and Quickbooks Online
- Mature and independent with good work attitude
