Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and business development in the medical devices industry across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and regulatory affairs, to develop and execute product launch plans and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage samples, marketing materials, and promotion funds efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Relevant regional sales experience in the medical and healthcare industry (Medical device distributors, Manufacturer or etc) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company long term.
  • Possess right attitude to work hard and to gain company's product knowledge.
  • Good communication skills to work with distributors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Willing to go for business trips (2-3 times a month, few days to 1 week per trip).

Salary: $8,000 - $12,000 per month, depending on experience
