Job Title: Regional Sales and Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our water valves sales initiatives in the Asia Pacific region.
About the Role- This role is crucial in driving business expansion, securing new customers, and achieving sales targets in the water distribution, wastewater treatment, desalination, data centers, and industrial utility sectors.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of the water valves market and applications.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners in the water and wastewater industry to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Develop a network of channel partners to expand market reach and support strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Promote and sell water valve products by delivering tailored value propositions to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of the company's solutions.
- Assess market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and track sales performance to align strategies with industry trends.
- Stay updated on competitive activity, including pricing strategies, product innovations, and market developments, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and market awareness.
- Collaborate on campaigns, promotional activities, and strategies to drive lead generation and market penetration.
- Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to relevant stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum.
