Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our client, a leading player in the FMCG space, as a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding into new international markets and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Distributor Management: Maintain strong relationships with current international distributors and set annual sales and profit targets.
- Price List Management: Update and manage price lists for international distributors.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate distributor sales performance.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Promotional Support: Assist in developing promotional plans and supporting A&P activities.
- Issue Resolution: Address any issues with distributors and implement solutions.
- Marketing Planning: Collaborate with distributors to develop marketing plans for new products.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in sales and business development, ideally with 3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
You should be detail-oriented, have excellent business acumen, and be willing to travel internationally.
A competitive salary ranging from SGD $80,000 to SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered to the successful candidate.
