Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at HR & KHAWLA PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales and business development strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong sales track record with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
