Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain high-value customers in our Premier Banking segment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and experience.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and analytics to track key performance indicators and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or acquisition experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in the affluent segment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the affluent segment.
