Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain high-value customers in our Premier Banking segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and experience.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and analytics to track key performance indicators and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or acquisition experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in the affluent segment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the affluent segment.
