Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive company growth and expansion.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base, fostering long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, informing informed business decisions.
  4. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of our safety products.
  5. Monitor and report on business development activities and progress to the management team, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of sales software and tools.
