Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is a reputable recruitment agency in the industry, seeking an experienced Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a key account management or strategic sales role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

This role comes with a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and develop strong relationships with assigned key accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the client's unique needs
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand the scope of business with key accounts
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction

The selected candidate will also be required to maintain detailed records of client interactions, provide regular updates on key account performance, and participate in the development of company-wide key account management strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

A degree holder or equivalent, with proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce), is preferred.
