You will:

  • Forge and nurture long-lasting relationships with our most strategic clients. Be the go-to contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand clients’ needs and business goals to deliver customized solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, provide expert technical assistance and support throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops to empower clients with product knowledge and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor account performance and adapt strategies to achieve maximum success. Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client and company objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our innovative products and services.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with deep knowledge of our product features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with our product development teams to communicate client feedback and drive product enhancements. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer support) to provide seamless client support.
  • Keep a pulse on client usage and proactively address potential issues before they become problems. Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Understand commercial aspects of account management, including pricing, contract negotiation, and business development.
  • Provide regular updates and technical reviews to ensure clients are getting the most out of our products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling reports on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management on account progress and strategic initiatives.

 

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, strategic account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • Commercial knowledge related to pricing, contracts, and business development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Open to travel for business requirements.
