We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager Lead to join our team at TALENTA CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD.

Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and create strategic account plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and account performance.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction ratings and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' businesses and industries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a strategic role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
