Job Title: Strategic Account ManagerJob Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our clients, driving project success, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize project success and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving project success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of client needs and market trends.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
