Strategic Account Manager

About This Role:
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive value-added services for our clients. This involves collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to align our Services and Solutions with the client's goals and drive value-added services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction for our Managed Services & Business Process Operations.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive adoption and utilization of our product, solution, and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer success management, preferably within the IT services, Managed Services, and solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware, cloud technologies, Managed Services, and software solutions.
