The Talent Development and Management Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting and implementing the talent management infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support the organisation's growth ambitions. This includes assessing and developing employees through the execution of initiatives and programmes. The manager identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance and implements an integrated approach to talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contextualise and facilitate pioneering/enculturation programmes or diverse learning solutions that build capabilities and support our future-ready workforce.
- Develop and conduct Train-the-Trainer programmes for talent development programmes, including conducting competency assessments to certify in-house facilitators.
- Facilitate impactful enculturation programmes and interventions, with a high level of learner engagement.
- Development and preparation of contextualized learning materials and resources for assigned programmes.
- Track and analyse key metrics to measure the success of enculturation and talent programmes, ensuring attainment of programme outcomes.
- Review and enhance existing initiatives to foster a self-directed and empowering learning culture.
Collaboration and Oversight
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess specific development needs of business units and contextualise programmes for leadership and people development of these business units.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment of programmes, with oversight of the corporate learning calendar, and ensuring excellent operational support for assigned programmes.
