Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transport logistics sector.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
Key Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
Develop and manage key account plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning:
Providing solutions and added value to stand out among the competitors.
Create and present comprehensive business plans for the transport logistics area.
Analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with company goals.
Sales and Relationship Management:
Strong background in Hunting/Key Account Management.
Proven track record of managing and developing relationships, as well as negotiating at all levels within customer organizations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Logistics is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the supply chain industry or 3PL.
Strong background in Hunting/Key Account Management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of managing and developing relationships, as well as negotiating at all levels within customer organizations.
Strong knowledge of the transport logistics industry.
Ability to create and implement strategic business plans.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
