Human Resources Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the organization's business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and payroll management. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to source high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary resume vetting, phone interviews, and arrange interviews to qualify candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Source, plan, and organize career fairs and recruitment events, liaising with schools, polytechnics, and universities.
  • Process applications and issue work passes for foreign staff, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding.
  • Make job offers to successful candidates, coordinating onboarding processes and orientation programs.
  • Support HR functions, including updating leave records, personnel records, and payroll-related records.
  • Handle clearance procedures for resigned staff, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Compile employee time records, verify attendance, timesheets, and overtime, ensuring accurate payment and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing company events and manage staff medical benefits, promoting a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min Diploma or Degree in Business/Human Resource related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
  • Able to work independently, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
