Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and compliance with established policies.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a HR generalist position.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
