We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled professional to fill the role of HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to human resources, including payroll processing, attendance management, and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll matters in a timely and accurate manner.

- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates and preparing job descriptions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a generalist role.
- Preferable with experience handling blue-collar workers.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, independent, responsible, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good team work and positive work attitude and take initiative in problem solving.
