HR Strategic Partner Wanted

The organization seeks a highly skilled HR professional to serve as a strategic business partner to all departments.
- This role will require close collaboration with various business units to ensure compliance and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, program development, and vendor management.
- Developing innovative solutions that support the organization's mission and core values.
- Administering group insurance plans, work passes, and other HR-related activities.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-spectrum HR, preferably in a semiconductor/ manufacturing organization chart.
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, employee relations, union matters, and work pass applications.
- Familiarity with Mandarin language skills and experience working with upper management and stakeholders.
