Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely partner with senior managers to deeply understand the business and organizational strategy, culture, talent landscape, and other people aspects.
  • Define, shape, and deliver a compelling People Roadmap which will enable us to deliver high-impact People programs and solutions that address both company-wide priorities and the unique needs of our departments, ensuring efficiency and consistency at scale.
  • Anticipate business needs and implement proactive, scalable, future-proof HR solutions that drive long-term value.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making, track and measure the impact of people initiatives, and provide stakeholders with actionable intelligence.
  • Serve as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Lead talent identification, retention, and development, talent reviews, and succession planning to build a strong leadership bench and a future-ready workforce.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering strategic HR services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR Business Partnering roles, with experience in embedding people and culture into business leadership. You will be able to flex between company-wide strategy and tailored solutions for specific business groups, with a strong business partnership mindset.

You will work closely with business leaders, COEs, and other HRBPs to deliver on people priorities and support our evolving business needs. In this role, you will get to:

  • Cultivate relationships with senior managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and solutions that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Demonstrated experience embedding People and culture into business leadership, ideally at scale and in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with influence, use data to inform decisions, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
